After a solid experience in design agencies working with international clients in diversity of projects, I , Irene Jimenez Garcia, decided to go back to my roots, on the borders of the Basque Country, and set up as a Freelance Designer by founding IJGDESIGN

Irene Jimenez Garcia, aka IJG
― Originally trained as an industrial designer, she holds an advanced degree in Industrial Product Design, as well as a Design Bachelor’s and a Master in Sustainable Product Design. Driven by a desire to explore the emerging field of User Experience, she completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp. She gained three years of experience working in a Spanish company for the banking & medical sector, primarily with international clients, before returning to her home region to found IJGDESIGN.
Curious and resourceful by nature, in addition to her professional field she has a hand in several arts and is interested in a variety of subjects, which allows her to connect ideas and draw inspiration from a variety of sources. With a background in sustainability, empathy and an interest in environmental issues, her approach to design is to respond to real needs and gain an in-depth understanding of the end user or client in order to propose creative solutions ―
